At Vankriti, we want you to be happy with your purchase. We have a 7-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • A compulsory unboxing video is required as proof to process returns or refunds.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective

  • The item is damaged

  • You’ve received the wrong product

We’ll evaluate the issue and resolve it quickly.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

  • All items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except if they are damaged or incorrectly delivered.

  • An unboxing video is mandatory to approve returns or refunds.

  • Returns without valid proof of damage will not be accepted.

  • Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed only if we deliver the wrong or a damaged item.

  • An unboxing video must be shared as proof.

  • Once approved, we’ll ship the correct item at no extra cost.

Refunds

  • Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 7 working days.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred to your bank account or UPI ID.

  • Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect the refunded amount.
