Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


Delivery Timelines

  • We deliver across India.

  • Estimated delivery time: 4 to 7 business days (depending on your location).

  • In rare cases, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, courier issues, or regional restrictions.


Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • For orders below ₹999, shipping charges will vary based on your delivery location and will be calculated at checkout.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available with an additional fee of ₹40.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or WhatsApp update with your tracking ID and courier details. You can track your shipment directly on the courier partner’s website.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

  • If you provide an incorrect address, we are not responsible for failed delivery attempts.

  • If the order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping charges will apply.


Damaged or Lost Packages

We take extreme care while packing your orders. However, if your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • We will investigate and either reship your product or initiate a refund based on the situation.
